Ramasharman

Ramasharman (Sanskrit: रामशर्मन् ,  Bengali: রামশর্মন্ ) was a Brahmin (Brahmana) who lived around 906 CE in Hampi in North Karnataka.

In 941 CE, Ramasharman's son Kondadeva migrated1 from Hampi in North Karnataka to a village in Balangir district of Orissa. This is recorded in the 941 AD Patna Plate of Janamajeya Mahabhavagupta I (935 - 970), who belonged to the Somavamsa family which ruled over the area around Sambalpur region of Orissa.
