Somasharman (Sanskrit: सोमशर्मन् , Bengali: সোমশর্মন ) was an Indian Brahmin who lived around 570 CE in Cambodia (Kamboja Kingdom).[1][2]
He was married to the sister of King Bhavavarman I, the first king of Chenla.[3]
After marriage, the couple made a present of a copy of Ramayana, Mahabharata and Purana to a temple situated on the bank of Mekong river.
