Bhatti (Sanskrit: भट्टि , Bengali : ভট্টি)  was a Brahmin (Brahmana) who lived around 670 CE in Diu (Dvipa). He was a Chaturvedi (knower of 4 Vedas), was of Daundavya Gotra and Shukla Yajur Veda school (Vajasaneya).

His father was Dhanapati (Sanskrit: धनपति , Bengali : ধনপতি)  and brother was Ishvara (Sanskrit: ईश्वर , Bengali : ঈশ্বর).

In 670 CE, Bhatti migrated from Diu (Dvipa) to the village of Desenaka at the mouth of Madhumati river near modern day Sathra in Gujarat. This is recorded in the Lunsadi Plates of Siladitya II of the Maitraka dynasty of Gujarat.
