Krishnaditya Sharman

Krishnaditya Sharman, or Krishnadityasarman (Sanskrit: कृष्णादित्यशर्मन , Bengali : কৃষ্ণাদিত্যশর্মন ) was a Brahmin (Brahmana) who lived around 994 CE in Muzaffarpur district[1] in Northern Bihar. His father's name was Bhattaputra Madhusudana.

In 994 CE, Krishnaditya migrated from Muzaffarpur district in Northern Bihar to Kotivarsha Vishaya in Pundravardhana[2] in North Bengal (north of democratic secular West Bengal and Islamic Bangladesh[3]).  This is recorded in the Bangarh Grant of Mahipala I in 994 AD[4].
